What to look forward to and what not to forget

Dear runners,

Photopoints

You can look forward to the green Kooperativa photopoint at Štola Josef again. Our Vltavaruna photo point will be in Černá v Pošumaví. Don't forget to share your photos! #vltavarun.

Water points 

On six handovers (Vyšší Brod, Rožmberk, Plešovice, Klučovice, Kamýk nad Vltavou a Rabyně) you will be welcomed by RAJEC with their spring water, which you can tap into your own container. But you can also use the one you get at the start. In Rabyně there will be a tank with water from Česká voda - MEMSEP and Pražské vodovody a kanalizace! 

Everyone will want to be in České Budějovice! 

The entertainment will be provided by Saurus, a fancy music truck from Red Bull, which carries the best sound and atmosphere! There will also be Red Bulls waiting for you for better endurance and passing through the night sections. You can pick up a pack of the cans for the whole team.

Sleepovers

Again this year there are places to stay in Hluboká nad Vltavou, Týn nad Vltavou and Vraný nad Vltavou. Please respect the other runners and the given spaces.

If you are going to spend the night somewhere in the countryside, don't forget about safety!

Craft has prepared a CRAFT bed zone for you this year. You will find out what it is at the start and at the handover in Vyšší Brod.

CARS ON THE ROAD

  • The number of team cars must be respected. Excluded from the race are minibuses, buses and caravans (except for an exception for our producer Míša, the photographer of Czech Press Agency and the Leontinka Foundation). 

  • All cars must be visibly marked with their assigned parking passes at all times during the race. Each card must be legibly completed with the mobile contact of the car driver, this is really important. 

  • Cars must not be present at the handovers earlier than 20 minutes before the runner is expected to arrive. This also applies to big handovers, where you change cars.

  • At the finish, park in designated parking spaces - you will find yours on the back of your parking pass.

  • This year we have also marked on the map the charging points for electric cars, that are within 2km of the handover, so you don't run out of juice on the way!

LOST AND FOUND

We have red DEK vans delivering materials and production facilities between the warehouse, start and finish - thank you, it wouldn't be the same without you! Every year they also bring artifacts from the start and handovers that you forget there - if this happens, you'll find them in an album on FB where we'll photograph them all for you.
