Dear captains,
with 2 months left until the start, the hot phase of preparations is beginning! We have a summary for you of key information and (not only) March deadlines that you should not miss.
Season T-shirts and Personalization
You can already enter runners into the system now. We recommend not delaying, especially due to the selection of PUMA season t-shirt sizes – we have these in limited quantities for individual sizes and the "first come, first served" rule applies.
Runners in the team: you must have gender and size filled in for all team members in the system.
Sizes: The cuts are slightly larger. If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. [HERE you can find the size chart].
Personalized print: you can order a personalized print (text or logo) for your season t-shirts in the system.
Important: Enter everything directly into the system; data sent by email will not be processed.
Team member changes: by submitting the order, the option to edit the runner's gender and t-shirt size, delete a runner from the team, or add a new one is closed. Name, address, and phone number can still be changed.
Invoice: request the invoice for the t-shirt print in the captain's section by March 31.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting t-shirt orders is March 22. After this date, this section will close and changes will no longer be possible. If you do not enter the t-shirts by the specified date, they will be assigned to you by the VR team!
Cars, team changes, and start times
Team cars: By March 31, enter in the captain's section whether you will be traveling with 2 or 3 team cars.
Number of cars (tip): With three cars, you have more time for recovery between stages without transfers; in two cars, there is more team fun!
Assignment of stages: You have until April 24 to divide runners into individual stages in the captain's section. In the captain's section under "Assignment to stages," you drag runners from the left column to the selected stage.
Rules: It is not possible to run two stages in a row; everyone must run at least once in each rotation, which are graphically represented.
Delivery address for the starting set: By April 24, we will need to know where to send the starting set. This year, we will be sending via PPL to lockers; choose the one closest to you from the menu (this function is yet to be launched) - valid for CZ/SK. For other countries your starting set will be awaiting you at start.
Changes after the deadline: Address any roster adjustments after the captain's section closes exclusively via email at info@vltavarun.cz.
T-shirts changes: Please note that team changes made after March 22 will no longer affect the ordered set of t-shirts.
Captain's meeting
There will be an online captain’s meeting on the 18th March - Czech only. Presentation will be available also in English in the Captain’s section after the meeting.
