but even here, a first aid kit sometimes comes in handy. Thanks to BENU, we have them.
On the course, you'll face plenty of challenges – but thanks to the BENU pharmacy, you can be sure that you'll be ready to handle any minor setbacks. We’ve prepared a first aid kit at each relay exchange, available to all runners. It contains everything needed to treat small injuries so you can get back on track and continue toward your goal as quickly as possible.
Each first aid kit contains:
Bandages for blisters, abrasions, and small wounds,
Bandages for stabilization or compression,
Disinfectant for quick treatment of injuries,
Burn spray,
Magnesium for quick relief from muscle cramps and fatigue,
First aid medications – Ibalgin, Zyrtec, activated charcoal,
Sugar for a quick energy boost,
Vaseline – for all sorts of things :-)
The first aid kits are prepared to cover the most common situations that may occur on the course and do not require intervention from medical professionals. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to the organizing team at the relay exchange.
At the Vltava Run, we run for joy, experiences, and shared moments. But we also know that health always comes first.
If you have any health issues that you're aware of, make sure to bring the necessary medications and inform your fellow runners in the car where they are! That way, you'll never go wrong. :-)
