The Final Straight

Dear runners,

As they say, the journey is the destination. But we all know you'll also be looking forward to the finish line! And you certainly have several reasons to!

FINISH STRAIGHT
 You'll cover the final 100 meters together as one team, adorned with beautiful handmade medals (thanks to the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences, CZU!) around your necks - pick them up after crossing the bike path under the railway bridge just before the finish straight. Together, you'll then cross the finish line tape and we'll capture you in a finishing photo. However, please don't linger in the gate area too long so we can provide the same service to all teams :-)
You can assemble the medals together to create a single team unit - just as you ran the race yourselves.
The welcoming at the finish line will be hosted by the duo of Radek Hrdina and Kuba Krabáč - and of course, DJ from Red Bull will be there!

PHOTO POINTS
 Because some moments just deserve to be captured. So, after catching your breath from the finish line euphoria, visit one of this year's photo points. We've tried to spread them out to minimize waiting time in queues 🙂

  • There will be a dock with the inscription Vltava Run and the river in the background.
    This year's podium will be wooden again, it looks really good in photos! 💙

  •  A new addition is the photo wall with our partner DACIA, where you can have a professional photo taken with your finishing time!

  •  Throughout the finish, several of our photographers will be present, so remember to smile in all directions, which we probably don't even need to say, but just in case 🙂

PUMA GO WILD
The finish is just the beginning of another adventure, so there will also be an opportunity to test, get advice, and choose PUMA shoes for your next runs and personal records! 👍

VR MERCH
If you didn't get a chance to shop at the start, we'll be here at the finish too! You'll have plenty of time to browse through all the items from the Puma & Vltava Run collection and take home something to remind you all year that you conquered Vltava Run!

AWARD CEREMONY
 We'll be announcing winners in the traditional 3 categories: teams 10-12, 6-9, and women's teams. The awards are scheduled for approximately 6 PM, depending on when the winners finish. And of course, we'll announce the top 3 teams from the Vltava Run ČTYŘKA in each category after all relay teams finish - we expect this to be around 2 PM! 👍

FOOD COURT
This year, the finish line will be worth it! You won't go hungry or thirsty, and we're sure reading this is making your mouth water already.
🥤 Refreshments with Rajec spring water, Cafe Reserva coffee stand, and Leros teas.
🍺 Taps with refreshing drinks from Pilsner Urquell and Kofola on tap :-)
🍔 You can enjoy treats from Ambiente - burgers from Burger Servis, ice cream and cronuts from Myšák's, as well as Czech snacks from Akonzerva - if you haven't tried them yet, we guarantee you'll want to! :-)
🌭 The traditional Mek and Číz food trucks will also be there, then grilled chicken and delicious langoš.
➡️ Partner and corporate teams can use the partner zone, just don't forget to bring your entry wristbands (they arrived in your starting kit), as our lovely hostesses won't let you in without them!

PARTNER BOOTHS
Make sure to visit our partner booths, where you can win something, try out a lot of things, get various measurements, and most importantly, enjoy the finisher's atmosphere in the best company 🙂

CHILDREN'S ZONE
 To ensure your little ones don't get bored at the finish line, this year's children's zone will be available. It won't be supervised, but the kids will definitely have fun and give you a moment to rest.
